Second suspect arrested after boy (15) was set on fire in Anderlecht: 14-year-old reports to police

A 14-year-old boy presented himself to the police station at 8 p.m. on Sunday at 8 p.m. after a 15-year-old was set on fire in Anderlecht. He is the second suspect to be arrested. The victim had to jump into the canal to save his life. This afternoon the teenager will appear before the juvenile judge.
