A 43 -year -old woman was shot on the street in broad daylight on Saturday in Ostend. Witnesses heard a fight: “I will break you” and “call the police”. What followed was one shot, right in the heart of Theresa D. De Schutter could escape a taxi. “He was under the influence of drugs, but clearly had no plan,” says the driver. The knock hunt is still in full swing.
