The builders of the annual bonfire in Scheveningen assume that their fire will have to be lit on Monday evening, a day before New Year’s Eve. The weather forecast for the night of December 31 to January 1 is unfavorable, the wind will probably be too strong. Last year the event was also brought forward one day.
