F1 free practice dates and times

F1 free practice for the British Grand Prix will take place from Friday 7 to Saturday 8 July.

These are the Silverstone GP schedule in which the three practice sessions are scheduled:

  • Free practice 1: Friday, July 7, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Free Practice 2: Friday, July 7, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Free practice 3: Saturday, July 8, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Silverstone GP qualifying schedule

Qualifying for the British GP race will take place this Saturday, July 8, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m..

Last year, Carlos Sainz got the pole in this Grand Prix, ahead of Max Verstappen and his teammate, Charles Lecrerc. These were the times of the first five pilots in the quality from 2022:

What time is the British GP F1 race?

The Formula 1 traffic light will turn off its lights this Sunday, July 9, starting at 4:00 p.m., to kick off the Silverstone GP race.

Pilots must complete 52 laps of the Silverstone Circuit, covering a total of 306,198 km. A test that could be affected by rain, since the weather forecast for Sunday indicates that it will be a cloudy and rainy daywith a probability of 30% of precipitation.

As for the past year, Carlos Sainz took the winbeing accompanied on the podium by Sergio Pérez (2nd) and Lewis Hamilton (3rd).
