At the same time, talk about a potential military threat from Russia in the service was called “hysteria”, which is inflated by certain political parties.

The Security Service of Ukraine has worked out ten potential scenarios for a potential “military invasion” from the Russian Federation. The head of the SBU Department in the Kharkiv region, Roman Dudin, spoke about this at a meeting of the Kharkiv regional state administration. The meeting was broadcast on YouTube.

According to Dudin, more than 134 exercises have recently been conducted in the Kharkiv region, and even options related to “a complete change of leadership” have been worked out.

“We know more than 10 potential scenarios for the development of events. All worked out. Worked out even with a complete change of leadership, management team. Today we see that certain political parties, centers and movements in the territory of the Kharkiv region are fanning hysteria regarding a possible potential military threat. I will say that today there are no reasons for this in the Kharkiv region,” said Dudin.

The head of the regional SBU warned that if “people with weapons take to the streets”, they will be in for a surprise. He clarified that a significant number of groups had been prepared, but Dudin refused to disclose how many.
