Somebody Sara Sieppi tells Beauty and health in a recent interview with their heavy years.
When the corona pandemic began, Sieppi had a tremendous amount of work. The tight pace led to heart symptoms, sleep problems and loss of appetite. Sieppi took a three -week break from work and thought he would correct the situation.
A couple of years later, Sieppi realized that the plan had not worked. Ex-mission had started dating a footballer Pyry Soir with. Things were fine, but something was still badly wrong.
– Everything was fine, but everything was hell bad. Nothing felt like anything and I couldn’t see my friends, even though I enjoyed it before, Sieppi says in an interview with Beauty and Health.
In 2023, Sieppi heard the words that stopped his spouse. Soiri asked Siep when she last smiled and really laughed. Sieppi realized that he needed help and applied for therapy. There he started to cry first.
In therapy, Sieppi realized that a couple of years ago, fatigue was now symptomatic of life in balance.
– I realized that this is not a normal state, and I don’t have to be constantly tired and do things if I feel like I can’t. That insight brought security, Sieppi repeats in an interview with the magazine.

Miscarriage
Sieppi also talks about miscarriage in an interview with the magazine. Sieppi has previously told Me Women that he had received four miscarriages in 2024. At the time, he said that the current relationship was the first for Siep, where the start of a family seemed to be timely.
Sieppi also talked about it in his Instagram update in February.
– Just over a year ago I got my first miscarriage. After that there were three more of them. The first three of them were recorded for the video, when I didn’t want to remember the fourth miscarriage, even in the camera roll, Sieppi wrote at the time alongside the video he posted.
In his text, Sieppi comments that miscarriage is a common but silent matter.
– I know there are a lot of us, but still there is so little talk about this. I also scare me to talk about this, but if I can even do one type to get up from there in the middle of sorrow, I want to do it. After four miscarriages, the feeling was a turf, sad and tired.
In a recent interview with Beauty and Health, Sieppi says that the dream of a child still exists.

Sara Sieppi went public in 2011 when she was crowned Miss Finland Pia Lamberg giving up their crown. Since then, Sieppi has been employed as a social media content producer and television presenter.
Sieppi and Soiri told about their relationship to the public in the summer of 2022. The relationship started as a communication on Instagram about a year earlier. Today, Sieppi lives in his everyday life at home in Helsinki and half with Soir in Athens.
