Sara Sieppi and Sabina Särkkä are in the Christmas mood in their joint podcast.
In the episode published on the eve of the Sieppi ja Särkkä podcast, the duo, among other things, exchanged gifts, tasted Christmas tarts with different fillings and discussed Christmas traditions.
Both had gotten each other Christmas presents and they were exchanged in the podcast studio. Särkkä got Siepi this favorite brand of body soap. Sieppi, on the other hand, got his friend dishes in which you can display, for example, oil and balsamic vinegar.
However, Siepi also had another gift for Särkä.
– This is absolutely crazy, Särkkä says.
Sieppi encourages his friend to guess what could be in the package. Särkkä states that the package is quite light.
– Can this be something fun? Could this be a lovely picture of us? I was thinking about something like a mug and jokingly thought about all kinds of things, Särkkä reflects.
Särkkä opens the package and gets better.
– Oh, no, I can’t take it.
He says that a picture was found in the package with the question: “Will you be my godfather?”
– I will, of course, Särkkä says in a sensitive voice.
Both burst into tears.
– This is absolutely wonderful, Sieppi, thank you, Särkkä sighs.
Sieppi tells how excited he was to give that gift.
– A moment that many have been waiting for for many years. Ever since our friendship has left, I’ve been thinking that if ever. I’ve been to your wedding and everything that’s ever happened over the years. Life has been tossed and then there will be another like this, Sieppi lists sensitized.
– My heart skips a beat with happiness, this is a wonderful way to start Christmas Eve, Särkkä says after a short break.

Sara Sieppi is currently expecting her first child. He published the good news in October on social media.
Before this pregnancy, Sieppi has talked openly about her dreams of having children, but also about the several miscarriages she has experienced.
During 2024, Sieppi experienced four miscarriages. He has since described last year to Iltalehti as very heavy and difficult. He decided to be optimistic about the current year.
– It was really important to deal with difficult issues in the book and in therapy. Now, however, I have made a decision that this year will be good and I want to believe that everything will be alright, he said earlier.
