Nicanor Santilli Pazos, son of Diego Santilli and Nancy Pazos, attracted attention on social media with a selfie with President Javier Milei. “Forward Presi,” the 22-year-old wrote on Instagram, where he has more than 20,000 followers. The image, taken yesterday, shows the harmony that Nicanor maintains with the ruling party since his father approached La Libertad Avanza.

Nicanor is the most visible of the Santilli-Pazos clan. He studies International Relations and Political Science, and at the same time competes professionally in the TC2000, where he builds an identity between sports and politics. His style on social media is direct, positive, a mix of sports motivation and support for the Mileist line. The photo with the President follows that logic: explicit support, enthusiasm and brief message.

The young man never hid his affinity with the libertarian space. He accompanied his father when he decided to play within the Milei space and ran as a deputy in the province of Buenos Aires. Since then, Nicanor appears increasingly closer to the official circle, replicating slogans and appearing comfortable in that ecosystem.

The son’s posture contrasts with that of his mother. Nancy Pazos had already expressed her annoyance at her children’s libertarian inclination. In a recent interview, he said that Santilli had been “a bad influence” in that sense and that he does not like to see boys identified with Milei, bringing the issue to the level of personal conflict.

The selfie says more than the phrase that accompanies it. It shows how Milei attracts young people with political surnames and how this attachment appears even in families very exposed to politics and the media. For Nicanor, it is a gesture of support. For the mileist universe, another nod from the new generation that is approaching power.
