The former prime minister of Finland, Sanna Marin, once again appeared in the center of the fashion world, when she was interviewed for the February issue of the American fashion magazine Elle. It is one of the most famous fashion magazines in the world.
In the photos of the interview, Marin poses in clothes from brands representing luxury fashion, which the stylist of the photos Kevin LeBlanc has borrowed into the story.

The former prime minister is seen wearing clothes and accessories from numerous luxury fashion brands such as Cartier, Erdem, Michael Kors, Omega and Christian Louboutin. The photos were taken by a photographer Molly Low in Santa Monica, California in October 2023.
The professional stylist has chosen the 38-year-old, former prime minister’s outfits with care. The outfits are classic and elegant in style, but still youthful and the clothes flash with fashionable details.
These clothes are not necessarily intended for the wallet of a regular tramper, just as they are not for international fashion magazines editorial– the clothes often seen in fashion pictures anyway.
In connection with fashion photos, at least the brands of the clothes appearing in the stories are typically told, and often also the purchase prices. In one of the magazine’s fashion photos, Marin is wearing a suede, lavender-colored trench coat by the American brand Michael Kors, the price of which is around 7,400 euros.
In the second picture, Marin is seen in the traditional, French luxury jewelry brand Cartier, whose prices start at thousands of euros: in this case, they are several thousands. The pants are said to be of the Lafayette 148 New York brand and have a price of around 830 euros. The sharp white collared shirt, on the other hand, is from the Italian luxury brand Brunello Cucinelli and its price is almost 1900 euros.
The beige-white outfit is from the British fashion house Erdem and is complemented by patent leather open-toed shoes finished with over ten centimeter heels from Christian Louboutin, a Parisian brand with a cult reputation and the fashion world’s favorite brand. Their price is more than 800 euros.

Marin’s housing choices have already attracted a lot of attention during his term as prime minister. Last fall, the former prime minister was also seen in the front row of the fashion show of the British luxury fashion brand Victoria Beckham’s Paris fall fashion week.
