Sanna used hard drugs for years. He says he used so much that he has used so much that his nose was completely destroyed.
– Then I was really skinny. That was the biggest reason I used. I had terrible appearance pressures. My boyfriend admired the lean.

Rissanen has interviewed Sanna and her fate Elisa Nursing home in Tuhkimo. It provides 24-hour institutional rehabilitation for women of different ages.
