If they need me in Switzerland to encourage them, then I will go.” Sandra Van den Broeck was in the Antwerp Switel hotel in 1994. She also experienced a hotel fire in 2021: “After the Switel fire, I stood next to an Antwerp police commissioner, who was badly burned. I cried and ranted, he didn’t make a sound.
