Sami Kuronen doubted the creation of the Temptation Island program – It turned out differently

Kuronen has been hosting the program for eight years already and Taival is not done with the evening campfire, because a new season will be filmed in the spring.

– Now 11 seasons and 242 episodes later, I’m happy to say that sometimes it’s wonderful to be completely wrong, Kuronen writes.

In the publication, Kuronen recalls the first season and how no one knew how the foreign format would work in Finland. Despite the doubts, Temptation Island became a popular love reality show in Finland.

Kuronen reveals that he stated during the filming of the first season that the program in question will not last beyond three seasons. It was the other way around.

– Tricks became a huge phenomenon and the most talked about relationship reality in Finland, the presenter states.

The program still speaks, because in every season something has happened and happened: the boundaries of relationships have been tested in different ways, hearts have been broken and new relationships have been established. The evening campfire has seen courtships as well as raging fights.

In the middle of all the drama, Kuronen is a character who stays steadily involved. The presenter’s publication has sparked discussion about the program and Kuronen’s evening bonfires.
