The midfielder Stefan Bajcetetic, loaned by FC Liverpool in summer, leaves Red Bull Salzburg prematurely after half a year. The 20-year-old Spaniard continues with immediate effect, also on a loan base, to the UD Las Palmas. At the Reds, Bajcetic still has a working paper until June 2027. In Salzburg, the defensive player brought it to 19 missions over 895 minutes, and he had been in the starting eleven eight times.
Bajcetics market value dropped from 11 million euros to EUR 9 million in December. In 2023 it was estimated at EUR 13 million. According to Bobby Clark, Bajcetetic was the second player, whom the Salzburg coach Pep Lijnders, who has now been exempt from his ex-club Liverpool, took to Austria.
