An easy cold smoked salmon pie
1 round frozen pie dough or self -made dough base
Base:
150 g butter
3 dl wheat flour
3 tbsp water
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1. Mix the soft butter and flour together.
2. Add water and salt.
3. Mix until smooth.
Filling:
200 g of cold smoked salmon
2 spring onion stem
half a pot of fresh dill
150 g of chives -flavored cream cheese
200 g of french cream
2 eggs
1 dl grated cheese
half a lemon juice
black pepper
1. Melt the pie dough according to the instructions and press it into a greased round pie dish.
2. Chop cold smoked salmon slices into small pieces.
3. Chop the spring onion stems.
4. Mix the chopped cold smoked salmon in the bowl, spring onion chop, dill, cream cheese, french cream and add two more eggs and grated cheese.
5. Add black pepper and lemon juice and mix. Taste and add spices if needed.
6. Pour the filling over the pie base and bake at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
