Sales Golf Rental Houses Prints House Price: ‘But the Landlord should not wait to sell’

Landlords, especially in the West Netherlands, emit rental properties because of the falling returns and new rental laws. The private rental market in peripheral municipalities of large cities in particular has been hit hard, ABN AMRO notes. The bank advises landlords not to wait when they get the chance.
