Safran benefited from strong demand for maintenance, equipment and aircraft equipment last year.

The French company increased its dividend for the past year and its outlook for 2025.

Saffran is now assuming an adjusted operational profit of 4.8 to 4.9 billion euros for the current year. The previous forecast had been 4.7 to 4.8 billion. The free cash flow is now to be 3.0 to 3.2 billion euros instead of 2.8 to 3.0 billion.

In the past year, adjusted operational profit rose 30 percent to 4.1 billion euros, which met the expectations of the analysts. The adjusted net profit increased by a good 50 percent to 3.1 billion euros. Adjusted sales rose by 18 percent to 27.3 billion euros.

Safran wants to pay a dividend of 2.90 euros for 2024 and thus a third more than in the previous year.
