The family of the formula legend went through a nasty process.

Michael Schumacher56, the family’s attitude towards the family’s employees has changed as a result of the blackmail case.

Thus tells formula legend manager Sabine Kehm For Frankfurter Allgemeine.

– The breach of trust has led to the family keeping a greater distance from the people who work for them. They have become more cautious, says Kehm.

Kehm was a witness in the trial, where three men received sentences for extorting the Schumachers at the beginning of the year.

A man who worked as a bodyguard for the family and was fired had obtained private material from the ex-driver’s family, such as photos, videos and health information, with which the cop tried to extort 15 million euros from the Schumachers.

– Personally, I think it is extremely cunning that their suffering is wanted to be exploited in this way. It is clear that the family has a stricter attitude towards trusted people than before.

– Even if you part ways and you’re not happy about it, that doesn’t justify anything like this.

Michael Schumacher has not been seen in public for almost 12 years. The seven-time F1 world champion suffered a brain injury after falling while skiing in Meribel, France, in December 2013.
