RZA performed on stage with Russell Crowe and his band The Gentlemen Barbers on May 19th. The group is currently touring pubs in Australia with their program Indoor Garden Party. The Wu-Tang Clan rapper and main producer made his guest appearance on the show at The Bridge Hotel in Sydney when the Russell Crowe formation performed their song “Let Your Light Shine”.
A fan documented the performance and shared it on Twitter. “I wake up and see it was really hot at The Bridge Hotel last night,” wrote user DorothyOstra.
The Australian actor also posted a post sharing impressions of the concert. “Last night history was made at The Bridge Hotel. RZA from Wu-Tang Clan on stage at the Indoor Garden Party,” the 59-year-old wrote.
53-year-old hip-hop artist RZA has previously worked with Russell Crowe. Crowe starred in The Man with the Iron Fists (2012), which was directed and written by RZA.
