The actor Ryan O’Neal He died this Friday at the age of 82, as confirmed by his son Patrick O’Neal through his social networks. The famous actor, star of ‘Love Story’, had been diagnosed with chronic leukemia in 2001 and prostate cancer in 2012.

This is very difficult for my wife Summer and for me, but I will share some feelings to give you an idea of what a great man he is.
My father Ryan O’Neal has always been my hero. He looked up to him and he was always larger than life. When I was born in 1967, my father was already a TV star on Peyton Place. There he met my mother, Leigh Taylor-Young, and about 9 months later (more or less) I was born.
