Melitopol (dpa -AFX) – The Russian occupation authorities in South Ukraine report a large -scale power failure after Ukrainian drone attacks. In the Russian controlled part of the Saporischschja and Cherson areas, 457 places with 600,000 households are affected. This was announced by the head of administration used by Moscow for the Saporischschja area, Jewgeni Balizki, in Melitopol on his telegram channel. The restoration of the supply is being worked on.
Balizki accused the Ukrainian army of targeting energy systems in the region. As usual, there was no information from the Ukrainian military. Telegram channels of both sides that specialize in military observation on Monday evening recorded a large Ukrainian drone attack on the occupied areas including the Crimea peninsula.
