Russia is going to ban the sale of oil to countries that support the G7 price cap. Even if a contract refers to a certain limit price, the sale will not go through. This is stated in a presidential decree that is being prepared by the Kremlin in response to the price cap, the Russian newspaper Vedomosti reports.
