Russia introduces new “defense laws”: life sentences for sabotage, now from the age of 14

Russia has approved a package of new laws to strengthen domestic defense against Ukrainian drone attacks and sabotage actions. The measures include the deployment of reservists to guard energy infrastructure, an automatic blocking of SIM cards for 24 hours for anyone returning from abroad, and much tougher penalties for sabotage.
