Russia has admitted that thousands of men have been wrongly mobilized to fight in Ukraine over the past year. “More than 9,000 civilians have been returned home, including people who should never have been summoned for health reasons,” Attorney General Igor Krasnov said today during a meeting with President Vladimir Putin.
