This has “logistical” reasons, said the spokeswoman for the Foreign Ministry, Tammy Bruce. It should not be a rating of the meeting, but is connected with Rubios schedule. According to her, the US special envoy Keith Kellogg will participate as planned. It remained unclear whether the US specialist Steve Witkoff would take part. Rubio took part in a cabinet meeting on Tuesday afternoon (local time), which was about the fight against anti -Christian bias.
