However, RTL boss Peter van der Vorst is very afraid of one thing, namely that Geer will start using ‘rabidly right-wing’ language again. Doesn’t suit RTL, he thinks.
On the edge
Peter once personally ensured that the program Joling and the Foreigners disappeared unbroadcast in the trash, because it would be harmful to Geer’s market value. They pay him a lot of money and he has an exclusive contract, so Peter doesn’t want to write that down.

You won’t just see SBS 6 star Linda de Mol in an RTL show, except for her loaned program Briljante Breinen, according to Gerard. “If you just want her in an RTL program, it’s not going to happen. The other way around is also extremely difficult.”
So we’re not going to see Geer as René van der Gijp’s replacement in VI? “That would be nice, but it just doesn’t work like that. Maybe it will happen again. I don’t know.”
