FOOTBALL – De Weide did good business in the fight against relegation from the 2nd division J in Saturday football. The Hoogeveen formation won 1-0 against Drenthina at home. Milan Ronkes became the match winner in injury time.
Due to the victory, De Weide surpasses FC Meppel in the position of the 2nd division J. NEC Delfzijl remains behind with 5 points from 14 matches. Above that is FC Meppel with 12 out of 14.
