Romário de Souza Faria’s book presentation at PSV will not take place next weekend. The Brazilian former footballer of the club cannot come due to medical reasons.
The former footballer would come to the Netherlands this weekend for his book presentation in Eindhoven. Frans van den Nieuwenhof has written a book about Romário’s (59) time at PSV. He now has to let that moment pass him by.
Romário is considered a football legend in Eindhoven and played for PSV from 1988 to 1993. With the Eindhoven team he won the national title three times, two KNVB cups and a Johan Cruijff bowl.
It is unclear what is wrong with the former striker.
