Last week a press release from the Department of Education landed in our mailbox. It was announced that Minister Gouke Moes (BBB) would pay a working visit of no less than three days to Bonaire, the sunny island that is one and a half times the size of Texel. The minister went to talk to fellow ministers from the Antilles, something that is apparently not possible via a video connection, and to visit a primary school and a library. Furthermore, according to the press release, the program ‘offered space for an introduction to the Caribbean part of the Kingdom’.
