Ymere, who does not want to respond in front of the camera, now proceeds to evacuate the corner garden. “The resident has been addressed several times for not maintaining and/or keeping the garden as shown on photos. Unfortunately, nothing was done with those requests, while that was the agreement,” said a spokesperson for the housing association.
Rob says that Ymere does not comply with the agreements. “Ymere cannot say on any day that they want a different planting plan,” he says. He also says that agreements have indeed been made between him and Ymere. “But they treat me as a shit,” he says about communication.
Evacuation
“Ymere takes the garden again, because that also provides security and clarity about maintenance for the future. This prevents deterioration. Weeds will soon be removed, pruning butterfly bushes are pruned/removed and number of trees are retained,” says Ymere. But Rob is clear: he thinks Ymere will remove all plants and animals that he has worked on for years. The arrival of Ymere causes a lot of stress at Rob. “I am not so popiejopie,” he says with tears in his eyes. “I sleep badly, I can hardly eat. I almost go crying,” says Rob.
In fact, Ymere would come yesterday, but that didn’t happen. There is a good chance that the eviction will take place today or shortly thereafter.
