A van and a car collided on Fabrieksstraat in Deurne on Saturday evening. The impact was so hard that both cars were severely damaged and the road was strewn with debris.
The car came from a side street and collided with a van that was about to enter that street. The van came to a stop dozens of meters away.
The driver of the car was checked in an ambulance. It is not known whether she was taken to hospital, but she was responsive.
The driver of the van was taken by the police to the station for further investigation.
