One of the agents took her to the place where she found the minor. Right at the moment of the encounter, her baby stopped crying and her skin tone turned cyanotic, like sign of hypothermia that was attributing due to low temperatures of that night in which the mercury dropped below 5 degrees. The little one had to be transferred in the patrol car since the ambulance did not reach the minimum temperature of 24 degrees that was recommended for the baby, given the serious condition that he presented.
