Required the compulsory traceability of Diamond: Deadline G7 sanction against Russia not feasible

The system for the compulsory traceability of Diamant was postponed for the first time in September last year – to March 2025. The second deadline also appears to be not feasible now. The sixteenth sanction package against Russia will postpone the system for compulsory traceability until January 2026.
