Curators, administrators and mentors receive remuneration for their work as legal representatives on the basis of the Remuneration Regulations for Curators, Administrators and Mentors.
Under this scheme, the rewards are in principle indexed every year, unless the indexation percentage for one year is between -1% and 1%. The percentage for 2024 is 5.2855%. The rewards for 2024 will be indexed with this percentage. This is in accordance with the Indexation of Remuneration of Trustees, Administrators and Mentors Regulations 2024.
