Many women, especially those who have dedicated years to a traditional career and a work under dependency relationship, come to a moment in their lives in which they feel that their training and the style of work to which they were accustomed no longer represents them or gives them satisfaction.
That enthusiasm, present in the first years, has been overshadowed over time, and instead arises to find a different path than they have traveled so far.
It is at that time that they begin to question if that path really reflects who they are at this time of their lives and what they want for them in the present and in the future.
In this process, the voices of the environment usually play a key role, conditioning their decisions and sowing more doubts and fears.
A reinvention process not only implies changing a profession or undertaking a new project, but also an act of emotional liberation. It is learning to distinguish between what we really want and what others expect from us.
Understand that true courage lies in listening to our internal voice and accepting that our personal well -being and fulfillment deserve to be ahead of external expectations.
What really want to me?
Reinventing is an act of self -love and recognition of our autonomy. It is to take care of our own desires, to build an authentic path from who we are and what we aspire to do.
