Nothing has yet been budgeted for the sensitive file in the multi-year planning. The four parties of the board are not yet on the same page and more time is needed. Björn Prasse, mayor of Blankenberge: “We have deliberately not included this in the multi-year plan because we have not yet found the right recipe for the realization of the new large market. In agreement with colleagues, we have agreed that a concept will be drawn up in the course of ’26 that is supported by everyone. Then we will include the necessary resources in the multi-year plan.”
