FC Bayern continues to march forward in the Bundesliga. On Friday evening, the Munich team won 4-0 (2-0) against Werder Bremen – and thus remain without losing points at the top of the table. Five games, five wins. Jonathan Tah (22nd) had given Bayern in the lead with a hack gate, Harry Kane added a double pack (45./65.) – and in the end Konrad Laimer (87th) also scored.
In general, Kane: With its Bundesliga Saisontors number nine and ten, he set up a European record for the 21st century. In his 104th competitive game for the German record champions, the Englishman reached the milestone of 100 goals-faster than any other professional in the top leagues since 2000.
Kane undercut the previous record of Cristiano Ronaldo and Erling Haaland – if only briefly: both the Portuguese and the Norwegians needed 105 competitive games at their respective club for 100 goals. “Cr7” succeeded in Real Madrid, the former Dortmund Haaland in his current team Manchester City.
