Luis Garcia arrived with his friends after Real Madrid in Finland.

García admits that the Uefa Super Cup match against Eintracht Frankfurt is a pre-season match, even though the trophy is up for grabs.

The Uefa Super Cup has been contested in its current form since 1998.

– Every time Real Madrid plays, we hope to win. Still, it’s hard to predict how the game will look today, García said.

The Madrid party of eight enjoyed soft drinks in the Kansalaistor fan area. Earlier in the week, the high prices have even upset foreign suppliers who arrived in Finland. At the fanitor in question, you had to shell out 15 euros for a hamburger.

– The prices are ok. They are higher than in Spain, but salaries are also higher in Finland. Those prices aren’t crazy, García reflected.

He is already in Finland for the fourth time. The can that the Spaniard places on the table immediately attracts attention. García enjoyed the tentacle.

– I already know the product. I really like the tentacle, a completely unique invention from the Finns. Every time I come to Finland, I take a tentacle to Spain, García laughed.

The capital and Finland receive a lot of praise from him.

– You have a really idyllic country.

It was worth noting that the food stand was not bustling in the afternoon a few hours before the match. Food was bought mostly by Finns, who said the prices were quite expected.

– Price is not a threshold issue for me. A hamburger is really good, it makes you hungry, a man who worked in the security industry commented on his meal.

After a while, the Spanish party ordered six beers.

– A bit expensive, but that’s how it is abroad, one of the crowd said and hosted their fan club gathering.

2,000 tickets were sold in advance to Real Madrid supporters. However, according to estimates, half of them went to fans from outside Spain. Many times more Eintracht Frankfurt supporters arrived in Helsinki.
