Real Madrid will travel to Leipzig for the Champions League game without Ballon D’Or winners Karim Benzema and Fede Valverde.
The defending champion announced this before the soccer game in Group F this Tuesday (9 p.m.) at second-placed RB Leipzig.
Benzema was absent in the 3-1 Spanish league win against Sevilla with a muscle injury. Valverde, who made it 3-1 against Sevilla, was hit on the leg and is sidelined.
Lucas Vázquez, Dani Ceballos and Mariano Diaz are also absent from Real coach Carlo Ancelotti’s 23-man squad for the game.
