Real estate on the coast up to 20% cheaper, what’s going on? “Good time to buy may not take long”

After three years of falling figures, more apartments were sold at the sea in the first half of 2025. But that happened at a lower price. On average you paid just under 307,000 euros, or 7.6% less than in 2024. A flat on the Zeedijk even became 13.2% cheaper, and in one municipality the price fell by no less than 20%.
