After three years of falling figures, more apartments were sold at the sea in the first half of 2025. But that happened at a lower price. On average you paid just under 307,000 euros, or 7.6% less than in 2024. A flat on the Zeedijk even became 13.2% cheaper, and in one municipality the price fell by no less than 20%.
