Fresh raspberries make a delicious, velvety whipped porridge. Vispipuuro is quite easy to make, and the list of ingredients is not too long either.

The secret to fluffy and velvety whipped porridge is a long enough whisking time, so you can whisk the porridge in peace.

Leftover porridge should be stored in the refrigerator. It also tastes excellent the next day, when the texture has become flaky.

Raspberry whipped porridge

1 liter of water

400–500 g of raspberries

1.5 dl of sugar

1.5 dl semolina flour

1. Measure water and raspberries into a pot and let it boil for about 10 minutes.

2. Add mandarins to the raspberry-water mixture, stirring all the time, and let the porridge boil on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Allow the porridge to cool.

4. Beat with an electric mixer until fluffy. Serve, for example, with milk and sugar or custard.
