The southern states of the United States are experiencing rare winter weather. At least ten people have already died. The southern states of Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, Florida and Mississippi have declared a state of emergency. For the northern US, the weather service warned of temperatures as low as minus 30 degrees Celsius.
