Jannik Sinner is a superstar in Italy. But now a rapper attacks him in a song – with a tasteless comparison.

With his sporting successes, tennis player Jannik Sinner in Italy has developed many sympathy. Now a song text that mentions him triggers excitement.

In a new song, the controversial rapper Fedez attacks the tennis star – and of all things because of his accent. In a line of the text it says that the new Italian hero is called Jannik Sinner, is a “pure -blooded Italian with an accent like Adolf Hitler”.

Sinner comes from Sexten in South Tyrol, a region in northern Italy, in which German is also spoken in addition to Italian. Many residents grew up bilingual, including the tennis professional.

So far, the song has only been published on the Internet in advance. The section in question immediately caused trouble there.

One user said: “To be ashamed. What did you go through your head when you wrote something like that?” Other comments were: “You failed as a singer, you died for me” or “You were once a star, why did you need something like that?” At first there was no statement from Sinner himself.

Fedez, with a bourgeois name Federico Leonardo Lucia, celebrated great success in Italy with songs such as “Prima di Ogni Cosa”. His marriage to the influencer Chiara Ferragni also made him known to a wide audience. Together they had a TV documentary series. The couple has two children together, but is now divorced.

In the past, Fedez not only noticed music, but also with legal disputes. 13.5 million people are currently following on Instagram.
