Members of the Rammstein fan club “LIFAD” have the opportunity to purchase tickets from Monday, October 16th, 2023, 11:00 a.m. to Tuesday, October 17th, 2023, 11:00 a.m.
A maximum of six (6) tickets per show can be purchased in fan club advance sales per LIFAD member.
Since this is a limited LIFAD ticket contingent, there is no guarantee that every LIFAD member will receive tickets in the fan club advance sale.
In order to give as many fans as possible the opportunity to purchase tickets at fair prices, the organizers ask you to note the following:
All information on legitimate presale sites for official presales can be found at rammstein.com/tickets, just in time for the presale start. All other ticket providers who offer Rammstein tickets for purchase are UNAUTHORIZED dealers. Rammstein tickets purchased from unauthorized dealers do not entitle you to entry.
We recommend that anyone interested in tickets create a customer account with the ticket systems in advance in order to be able to complete the ordering process more quickly when advance sales begin.
The tickets are personalized depending on the country (all tickets for the concerts in Germany are personalized). “Personalized” means that each ticket is tied to the person named on the ticket.
In Germany, a maximum of six (6) tickets per show can be purchased per customer, including fan club advance sales.
For all other shows, the maximum number of tickets displayed for each country during the purchase process can be purchased. Further information on limitation and possible personalization in individual countries will be provided during the sales process and is part of the general terms and conditions.
Any distribution of personalized Rammstein tickets is prohibited. Ticket sales are subject to the country-specific requirements of the respective authorized ticket provider and organizer (for concerts in Germany, returns are only possible in accordance with the general terms and conditions of MCT Agency GmbH).
This special and conscious regulation of advance sales is intended to give as many fans as possible the chance to purchase tickets at fair and not excessive prices.
