Drenthe can be confronted with sturdy rain and thunderstorms from tonight. The KNMI has therefore issued code yellow from 6 pm.
The bad weather pulls over the country from west to east. Especially in the western half of the country, local (heavy) gusts of wind are possible, up to 70 kilometers per hour. In the northwestern coastal area, possibly even up to 80 kilometers per hour. Whether the gusts of wind will also occur in the east and southeast is still uncertain.
Code Geel lasts in Drenthe until 10 p.m. The warning also applies in all other provinces, but the times may differ per region.
