The police made a big raid on Friday evening at Café Thuishaven Ons May on the Marktplein in Oirschot. According to the police, drugs would be dealt with from the pub. All visitors to the café are checked for drug possession.
Around ten o’clock several police units invaded the pub. According to a spokesperson, all visitors to the café have been checked. The research is still busy around eleven.
On images of eyewitnesses you can see how a man is worked on the ground by two agents and is beaten in the buoys. It is not known how many people have been arrested.
The raid provides a lot of attention on the centrally located market square in the village. According to the spokesperson, there would have been 60 to 70 passers -by witnesses of the action. The raid was done in an ongoing investigation into the trade in drugs.
The police cannot yet confirm whether drugs have actually been found in the cafe.
