R-kiosk’s customers received the reform with many different feelings in Iltalehti’s survey. Many will miss the gaming machines that will not be available in the new Ärrä stores, but at the same time the reform is felt to be necessary. Major changes are being made to R-kiosks, Iltalehti reported yesterday, Wednesday. Soon R-kioski will be divided into three different brands, which are the already familiar R-kioski, the new Ärrä and a new, as yet unpublished cafe concept. Regarding R-kiosk’s communication, it was stated to Iltalehti that not all changes can be revealed yet.
