A number of principles are laid down in the negotiating agreement that are important for quality of existence. Also involved are the LHV, the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa), Zorgstituut Nederland (ZIN), Healthcare and Youth Inspectorate (IGJ), CIZ and the CAK.
