Sengul A., 38, a single mother with two children, was caught red-handed on Friday night when a car caught fire for the ninth time in two months. At Sengul A.’s home, the police found a letter to Bart De Wever in which she offered the police their help in tracing the ‘pyromaniac of Hoboken.’
