Russian President Vladimir Putin has threatened to cut Russian energy supplies to Europe and review the grain deal with Ukraine. Putin said on Wednesday that Russia will not deliver anything against his (economic) interests. The craziest rhetoric these days, however, came from Putin’s deputy envoy to Russia’s Far East region.
