Sports workout in the park

Sweetlake Pole Dance & Aerial will hold a silent disco workout in the Wilhelminapark from Saturday 25 March from 09:30 to 10:20. During this outdoor sports lesson you train your buttocks, stomach and legs. You can hear the rousing music and the trainer’s instructions through your own headphones. In case of bad weather, the workout will move to the studio in the Dorpsstraat. Give you here on.
